Acceptable Use Policy

Not allowed

Spam and bulk messaging; cryptocurrency mining; DDoS attacks, scanning other networks, intrusion and password guessing.

Phishing, fraud, distributing malware or running botnets.

Content that breaks the law of the server's country or the rights of others, including sexual material involving minors, extremist material and pirated content.

Open proxies and relays that let others do any of the above.

What happens

A server is suspended at once if the breach threatens the network or other customers. Otherwise we warn you and give 24 hours to fix it.

Repeated or serious breaches lead to deletion without a refund, and the details may be passed to law enforcement.

Monitoring

We automatically watch only the server's counters: outgoing traffic volume, the number of connections and connections to mail ports. We do not read the content of your data or traffic. On clear signs of spam, an attack or scanning the server is switched off automatically and we tell you why.
