Availability

We aim for 99.5% availability per calendar month (about 3.6 hours of downtime) but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Compensation

There is no automatic compensation for downtime: we do not promise it and do not pay it on demand. If a serious outage is caused by us or the data centre, we may, at our discretion, add days to the term. This does not limit rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Not downtime

Overload or faults in your own software, attacks on your server, suspension for breaking the rules, problems with your own internet provider.
