Privacy Policy

What we keep

We do not ask for your name, phone, address or documents. We keep only what the service needs: your Telegram ID and username, your orders and payments (amount and invoice number), your servers' access details (encrypted) and their load (CPU, memory, disk) for the status in the bot.

We do not store card or wallet details: payment happens on the payment service's side.

Why

To provide and run your servers, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. The site has no advertising trackers.

Who receives it

The data centres hosting your servers, as far as the service needs (servers are registered in our name; your details are not passed on); payment services, the amount and order number; authorities, only on a lawful request.

Deletion

To delete your account and data, write to support@osmiumvps.com. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
