Refund Policy

Before hand-over

If we have not handed over access to the server within 12 hours of payment, we refund the payment in full by the same method. Access is usually handed over within minutes.

After hand-over

Within 24 hours of hand-over: a refund minus the partner's first-month cost, if the server does not work through our fault and we have not fixed it.

After 24 hours the paid period is not refunded. After a long outage caused by us we may, at our discretion, extend the term.

No refund

Servers switched off for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.
